International:

Canada, United States, and Australia.

Your package may be shipped from Europe, but also from international locations depending on the availability of our warehouses.

 Free shipping with no minimum purchase in all countries listed above.

Delivery time

Our products require between 1 to 3 business days of processing time before shipping.

The average delivery time for your order is 7 to 10 business days in France, 8 to 12 days in Europe, and 14 to 20 days internationally.

If a product arrives damaged, we will resend it at our expense. Just prove it to us by sending a photo to contact@thecutebabys.com

Tracking your package

Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email within 5 business days following your order.

Delays

On very rare occasions, packages may take longer than expected. (COVID, strikes, holidays, force majeure…) Unfortunately, we cannot control delivery times or unforeseen delays that may occur along the way.

In any case, if your package does not arrive after 35 business days, we will resend it to you or issue a full refund. 

Rights and taxes

On very rare occasions, a package may be subject to customs duties. It is also possible that customs may delay the delivery of certain packages.

We have no control over customs and therefore cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Separate packages

An order may be split into several packages for one of the following reasons:

Some items may be out of stock.

Weight restrictions for standard delivery imposed by the Post.

Different manufacturers and storage locations.

We operate from different warehouses on different continents to offer you the best selection of products at an affordable price. Therefore, some of your packages may be written in a foreign language and prices may vary depending on your place of residence.

 

Returns & Exchanges :

At thecutebabys.com, we do our best to ensure that our product descriptions are as detailed as possible so that you encounter no surprises when you receive our products.

We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

 

Order cancellation policy:

We take pride in our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our site.

Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@thecutebabys.com as soon as possible.

The vast majority of items in stock are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this period, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. 

No cancellation request for your order can be considered if it has already been processed.

 

Address error:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us promptly to specify a modification. This can only be done if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses…).

In these last cases, these packages may be returned to us, but not systematically.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund of your order minus shipping fees or we will offer you a reshipment, depending on your choice.

You are not eligible for reshipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.

 

Return policy:

We accept returns* for any reason!

Whether you are dissatisfied or simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 15 days from the moment you receive your products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out this return form.

Sign it and send it with your package to the address we will provide when you write to our support.
